As an established leader in equipment financing that has owned and operated its own equipment return and remarketing facility for over 30 years, we understand your concerns and can offer a dependable proven solution.

In 1987, IFS began receiving equipment returns from its leasing agreements in a 400 square foot office. The company has steadily grown since that modest beginning with the latest expansion being a new technology return center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Albuquerque site handles all returns, refurbishments, and re-marketing of all leased equipment. The IFS Tech Center provides our customers with a complete turn-key service for the entire lease lifecycle.

IT REFRESH / OPERATING LEASE

Designed to ensure and execute the future refresh of IT equipment, the contract includes a reoccurring monthly expense over the life of the lease and includes the flexibility to return, extend or purchase equipment at the end of the lease. No deposits or upfront rents, no restocking fees or residual guarantees.

CAPITAL / FINANCE LEASE

When the lessee chooses to own the equipment the term is usually greater than 75% of the equipment's useful life and can include an automatic transfer of title for a fixed purchase price at the end of the lease. A capital/finance lease contract is typically shown as an asset on the lessee’s balance sheet and depreciated over the useful life of the equipment.
